A plaintiff-focused personal injury firm in St. Louis is seeking a Pre-Litigation Associate Attorney to join its growing team. This full-time role offers a mix of meaningful client work, performance-based incentives, and a flexible work environment.

  • Practice Area : Plaintiff Personal Injury (Pre-Litigation focus)
  • Location : St. Louis, MO
  • Work Style : Full-time with flexible hours; office closes at 4 p.m. on Fridays; Hybrid Schedule
  • 70% coverage on medical insurance for employees and dependents
  • Life insurance
  • 401(k) with 3% annual firm contribution, plus potential 2% year-end bonus based on firm performance
  • Profit-sharing plan tied to firm growth
  • PTO starting at 12 days annually

  • Qualifications :
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in plaintiff personal injury law
  • Licensed to practice in Missouri; Illinois license is a plus
