Location : (Hiring Radius includes TX, UT, NM, CO, ID)
Compensation :
- Average Weekly Gross Pay : $2,800 (per driver)
- Detention Pay : $16 per hour after 2 hours
- Short Haul Pay : $25 plus mileage pay if under 100 miles
- Breakdown Pay : $75 per day
- Stop Pay : Extra stop pay $30
- Holiday Pay : $700 for 7 holidays
- Per Diem : Must opt out during orientation to decline
Benefits :
- Average Weekly Miles : 6,000 - 7,000 miles per week (per driver)
- Average Weekly Gross Pay : $2,800 (per driver)
- Home Time : Minimum 3 weeks out, 3-4 days home; West of I-35 requires 4 weeks out
- Type of Freight : Mostly Dry Goods
- Type of Truck : Sleeper
- Trailer Type : Dry Van
Touch Freight : 5%
- Rider / Pet Authorized : YES / YES
- Tractor Parking during Hometime : Driver's home or approved location
- Additional Details : Teams must live within 100 miles of each other
Requirements :
- Valid CDL Class A license
- Minimum 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience
- Clean driving record
- Ability to meet physical demands of the job
- Must pass DOT drug screen and physical, and meet DOT driving standards
