We’re assisting a great company in Cincinnati on a search for a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to grow their career.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

Manage general ledger activities, reconciliations, and journal entries

Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes

Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls

Assist with external audits and tax filings

Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special projects and process improvements

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

CPA

4+ years of accounting experience

Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting

Proficiency with ERP / accounting systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, or QuickBooks)

Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Pay Details : $90,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year
