Responsibilities :
- Operate various production machines in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelines.
- Monitor machine performance and conduct regular inspections to identify and address any issues.
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical problems to maintain continuous production flow.
- Follow detailed instructions to ensure product quality and consistency.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety and cleanliness standards.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Record and report production data accurately and timely.
Qualifications :
- Must have High school diploma / GED along with 2- 5 of related experience or training is required.
- Previous experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in the food, pharmaceutical, or related industries is a plus.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
