Description
- Lead the FP&A function, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Partner with hotel ownership and leadership to align financial goals and drive business performance.
- Manage and mentor a small finance team, fostering professional development and ensuring high-quality output.
- Collaborate closely with the Regional VP of Finance to ensure alignment on financial strategies and objectives.
- Prepare and present financial reports, providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Monitor financial performance against targets, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of finance experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
- Proven ability to partner with senior leadership and influence decision-making.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in financial software and MS Excel.
