American Family Care (AFC) was founded by Dr. Bruce Irwin in 1982, making it the first urgent care, family care, and primary care practice in Birmingham, Alabama.

- Flexible Schedules : Enjoy predictable hours from 8 AM to 6 PM with no late nights or on-call duties. Our schedules are posted a month in advance to help you plan your time.
