BCBA Key Skills / Experience :

Active BCBA certification
2-4 years of experience as a BCBA
Strong knowledge of ABA techniques and graphing procedures as it relates to autism therapy
Ability to lead and instruct BCBAs and therapists

Responsibilities

As BCBA, Clinical Director you will be responsible for the management of a brand new, state-of-the-art, ABA center for children with autism.

The Clinical Director will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the clinical ABA operations and the team of BCBAs working for the Center.

You will foster connections with parents of children with autism, partners servicing the autism community and your team of providers of center-based ABA therapy for children.

Our salary offer of $90,000 - $130,000 is commensurate with skill set and experience.
