About The Position
Job Title : Interventional Radiology Technician Job Specialty : Interventional Radiology Technician Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Day - 5x8 - 07 AM - 03 PM - 40 Hours Guaranteed Hours : Experience : Minimum of 2 years License : Certifications : BLS Must-Have : Experience working in a Cardiac Cath Lab Job Description : - Perform technical tasks involving operating imaging equipment for interventional radiology procedures.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team in the Cath Lab to ensure the delivery of quality patient care. - Prepare and maintain imaging equipment for procedures.
- Assist in the evaluation of imaging for interventional procedures. - Adhere to safety protocols and standards to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
- Communicate effectively with the interventional radiology team and other medical staff. - Document procedures and patient updates accurately into medical records.
- Participate in continuous education to stay updated on the latest advancements in interventional radiology. - Provide technical support for complex procedures in a fast-paced environment.
