Remote Sales Representative Position - Food and Beverage

Join our team at a reputable food ingredient and component manufacturing and distribution company operating in the Florida and Alabama region.
Responsibilities and Duties :
Drive sales and revenue growth by developing new and existing business opportunities within the food service industry, including restaurants, specialty stores, and convenience stores.
Collaborate with the Director of Sales to develop and execute strategies, presentations, promotional activities, and procedures.
Collaborate with regional brokers to establish sales objectives and prioritize accounts to maximize revenue.
Qualifications :
Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in the food industry, with a focus on food service, specialty, convenience, and independent accounts.
In-depth understanding of the sales process and market dynamics.
A self-motivated individual with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
Experience working with brokers and distributors.
Proficient in using Excel and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
Highly motivated to secure new business opportunities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly establish rapport with customers.
Frequent travel required within the region, approximately 50% or more.
Compensation Package :
Competitive salary of $75-100K, plus quarterly bonus based on key performance indicators (sales volume, customer acquisition, sales turnover, CRM utilization).
