Job Summary
The practitioner’s role is to service the Stretch Zone client base with excellent customer service, effective assisted stretching techniques and creation of a long term customer loyalty environment.

Part of the duties required of a practitioner is to maintain and contribute to the culture of Stretch Zone. We at Stretch Zone work as a team.
All team members are expected to clean and maintain the store. Everyone is expected to contribute. This culture is a foundation of Stretch Zone and will contribute to the overall success of each location.
This will help us provide the very best service and atmosphere for all of our clients.Stretch Zone Is the world's leading source and educator for today's advanced practitioner-assisted stretching, Build to provide performance enhancement modalities for health practitioners, massage therapists, trainers and athletes alike, Stretch Zone Method is a proven course of innovative stretching techniques.
Compensation
$15-$20 / hour
Supplemental pay types :

Essential duties and responsibilities :
- Maintain a personal commitment to meeting the needs of customers.
- Comply with the scheduling as directed by the General Manager, targeting 25 sessions per week after initial training.
- Maintain a positive attitude at all times when working with clients.
- Dress professionally according to current dress code standards as highlighted in the company handbook.
- Contribute to the team environment
- Other duties as assigned
- Clock-in and out as required in the handbook
Required knowledge skills and abilities :
- Must be able to manage time effectively
- Must be proficient in Stretch Zone techniques, process and procedures
- Must be able to effectively service and maintain client base
- Bachelor’s degree in exercise and sport science / kinesiology is preferred
