Registered Dietitian
A skilled nursing facility is seeking a dedicated Dietitian to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in health coaching, aliment, dietetics, tube feeding, physiology knowledge, diagnostic evaluation, and patient assessment.
Duties :
- Conduct resident assessments to determine nutritional needs and develop individualized meal plans
- Provide health coaching and education on proper nutrition and dietary habits
- Monitor residents' progress and make adjustments to meal plans as needed
- Utilize diagnostic evaluation tools to assess residents' nutritional status
- Specialize in tube feeding for residents requiring enteral nutrition support
- Coordinate with staff from Nursing department and Dietary department
- Make dietary practice recommendations and report to the Administrator

Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Dietetics or related field
- Registered Dietitian (RD) certification
- State licensure as a Dietitian in New Jersey
- Must have experience in Long Term Care, preferably in a Nursing Home
