What We’re Doing
Our Team, the Command and Control, Battle Management and Communications (C2BMC) Regional team, is constantly engineering, developing and integrating new capabilities for the U.
S. Missile Defense System. protecting both the United States and its allies. This large, fast paced team, is composed of many small agile teams working together dynamic environment with a common mission to develop and deploy leading-edge missile defense technologies.
The Work
Coordinate, develop, and execute detailed test plans and procedures to test C2BMC interface design implementation in an integrated environment, test specific capabilities for interfaces, and test and analyze infrastructure in support of operations (e.
g., Internal Messaging, control and monitoring, message and display recording and playback, failover processing).
Perform in-depth analysis on any discrepancies identified to determine the source of the discrepancy. Provide recommended solutions to resolve issues.
Work with other team members to ensure requirements are able to be passed.
- Execute tests of interface communication paths and capacity performance; conduct post-test data analysis and reporting.
- Create Test Discrepancy Reports to document issues and assist development with the investigation and resolution of issues.
- Develop test specifications, execute manual and automated test and perform analysis of C2BMC implementation in an integrated environment
- Position requires occasional travel between the Hwy 83 facility in Colorado Springs and the MDIOC building at Schriever SFB.
Infrequent travel to Huntsville, Alabama may be required*
