Search Consultant - Senior
Job Title : Senior Search Consultant
Location : Dallas, TX
Overall Purpose :
- The Senior Search Consultant is recognized as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in identifying top echelon executive and highly technical, emerging market talent for specialized boutique positions with high market demand and low supply.
- They utilize expertise in cold calling, networking, technologies, and creative methods to provide qualified leads.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Possess 10+ years of senior-level search experience in agency or consulting environments.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of technical terminology and its proper application.
- Consult and partner with Business Leadership and Staffing Team to conduct discovery calls, identifying specific required and desired skills (act as an HR Business Analyst).
- Exhibit expertise in finding and evaluating highly qualified resources in emerging / niche technology areas.
- Demonstrate success in conducting senior executive level searches.
- Showcase the ability to network, vet, and convert passive candidates via phone.
- Build and manage candidate pipelines comprising both passive and active candidates.
- Understand market conditions and provide competitive intelligence in emerging areas.
Additional Skills and Requirements :
- Proficient in external headhunting skills including cold calling and utilization of top marketing or sourcing tools such as social media, network referrals, and ATS.
- Experience in recruiting / sourcing / filling low to highly complex Professional / Management roles, especially sales and / or technical roles.
- Strong influencing skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to effectively report out on activity, track prospects, and monitor their progress.
- Must be flexible and adaptable to changes in activity.
