Join Our Team : School-Based Behavior Technician

We are a dedicated team providing effective, empirically validated educational and
behavioral services to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. We
offer 1 : 1 support in both school and home settings. We're expanding in the Los Angeles
area and need you to help us grow our team!

Qualifications We're Looking For :
- Associate’s degree / 2 years of college (required) Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or related field (preferred)
- Valid drive's license with insurance (required)
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude with a strong desire to make a difference(required)
- Ability to work with diverse ages and behaviors, including aggressive and self-injurious tendencies(required)
- Previous experience using ABA methodologies in a school setting (preferred)
- Experience : Minimum 1 year in applied behavior analysis (preferred)
- License / Certification : RBT (preferred)
