About the Role :
The Finance Manager is responsible for producing and delivering financial analyses to support key decisions for site and regional performance optimization and business growth.
The position is a key member of the operations team and reports directly to the Regional Director of Finance. This highly visible role has significant interaction with Regional Operations Manager, Accounting, Finance, Revenue Cycle, Physician Services and Performance Management teams as well as exposure to senior leadership.
Cross-team coordination, strong interpersonal skills, intermediate to advanced excel expertise, solid written and verbal presentation proficiency and intellectual curiosity are a must.
The Details :
In this role, you will be responsible for :
- Having a thorough understanding of each Hospital Contract for assigned sites
- Preparing pricing model and analysis for contract amendments and renewals
- Coordinating with the performance management team on financial impact analysis related to hospital team’s performance
- Reviewing monthly hospital invoice and payroll files with Regional Staff Accountant to ensure consistency with operational activities and contract terms
- Detailed Budgeting and Forecasting with an understanding of key financial and operational drivers
- Monthly research and written analysis of variances of actual performance to budgeted and forecasted performance
- Presenting monthly financials and related analysis to senior leadership
- Reviewing and analyzing payroll activity to ensure proper payment per physician contracts
- Providing analytical support for site and regional optimization projects

Knowledge :
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Experience :
Must have at least 5 years of related experience
Pay Range : Between $120,000-$130,000 annually. In addition, Managers are eligible for a bonus opportunity. Exact pay will be determined based on candidate experience, geographical location, and size / complexity of the program being supported.
