As a Medical Assistant , is responsible for the hands on patient experience for a positive telemedicine experience. The Medical Assistant is responsible for the first point of contact with our patients prior to seeing a provider during their virtual visit.

The medical assistant is responsible for the clerical duties in supporting medical staff in implementing effective paperwork flow, record keeping processes and administrative processes.

Shift : 8-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities :

• Telehealth Management : Efficiently conduct telehealth services, including patient registration and initial interviews.
• Administrative Compliance : Ensure adherence to regulatory standards by handling patient consent processes and paperwork accurately.
• Documentation Accuracy : Provide precise and timely documentation support to staff, maintaining organized records.
• Patient Care Coordination : Assist in optimizing patient care delivery by coordinating patient flow and provider schedules.
• Patient Engagement : Engage patients' families and caregivers in treatment plans, promoting understanding and participation.

Qualifications

Qualifications :

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Medical Assistant Diploma / certificate
• Must be at least years old.
