Financial Services Consultant

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are expanding nationwide and want to partner with talent who can get behind a purposeful mission. We are about helping protect people in their community by increasing financial literacy to all and by helping make financial independence and wealth protection accessible.

Financial Services Consultants play a key role in supporting this mission when they consult with clients because everyone deserves to know how they can make, save, and protect their money.

This is a remote (work from anywhere) Independent Contractor (1099) and Entrepreneurial role. Financial Services Representatives are non-captive agents who work with well-established North American Fortune 500 and Fortune 100 companies to develop and tailor solutions that help individuals and businesses with their short-, mid- and long-term financial planning.

PREFERRED QUALITIES OF FINANCIAL SERVICES REPRESENTATIVES

Minimum 18 years of age.

Legal U.S. Resident, Citizen, or Work Permit with SSN. Reside in the US.

Active Life and Health license or willingness to obtain license within the first 30 days.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated, work independently and as part of a team.

Organized and able to develop / manage own schedule.

Positive attitude, adaptable and coachable.

Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Access to a computer / laptop, phone and internet.

Prior finance experience or education a plus but not needed due to a world-class training program and the support of experienced Agents who train, mentor and coach you.

COMPENSATION FOR FINANCIAL SERVICES REPRESENTATIVES

Commission based 1099 (W9) income with a competitive commission structure. This is not a W2 position.

Uncapped income potential.

Bonuses based upon performance and meeting qualification standards.

Company sponsored trips based upon performance and meeting qualification standards.

Residual income (annual client contract anniversary), trail and potential for passive income.

NOTE

Financial Services Representatives handle their own schedule, expenses and business development.
