Responsibilities :
- Oversee IAM-related projects for the Americas, coordinating across IT teams.
- Lead efforts to redesign the Active Directory delegation model, improving security and access controls.
- Ensure deadlines are met and track project progress to completion.
- Manage communication and collaboration between various teams.
- Utilize PowerShell for exports / reports and troubleshoot IAM-related issues.
Skills / Qualifications :
- 5+ years of experience in IAM, Active Directory, and Azure Entra ID.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel for data manipulation and reporting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).
- Technical knowledge of Active Directory, PowerShell, SSO setup, and MFA.
- Experience with ServiceNow for ticketing purposes.
- Project management experience in large, international organizations.
- Proactive and able to drive meetings with clear outcomes.
