As a Strategic Partnerships Associate, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the development of global partnerships, joint ventures, and strategic collaborations within our Gas Services business. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners—including our Ventures teams (Venture Capital, Venture Building, and Venture Clienting)—to help shape initiatives that drive portfolio growth and innovation. This is a high-visibility, strategic role with global exposure, including interactions across Europe, the Americas, Asia, and the Middle East. The position is remote, with occasional in-person meetings, and reports directly to the Senior Manager of Partnering Development. Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and schedule meetings across time zones with internal and external stakeholders Draft and refine strategic documents, partnership proposals, and benefit analyses Create compelling presentations for senior leadership and global teams Support the evaluation and development of joint ventures and strategic alliances Collaborate with Siemens Energy Ventures teams and other business units Maintain organized documentation and follow-up actions for partnership initiatives Contribute to strategic planning and execution of global partnership efforts Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, International Relations, Engineering, or related field 2–3 years of professional experience in strategy, partnerships, consulting, or business development Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a global setting Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) Preferred QualificationsExperience working in multicultural or international environments Familiarity with venture capital, venture building, or corporate innovation Exposure to energy, infrastructure, or industrial sectors Language skills : German or Spanish preferred; other languages a plus Understanding of AI applications in business or strategy Experience with tools like Miro, Notion, or project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Monday.com) Comfort with ambiguity and a proactive mindset in navigating complex stakeholder landscapes
