Applicants that meet qualifications will receive an invite with additional screening questions from our HireVue system!The Surgical Tech supervisor performs all clinical duties as described in the Operating Room Technician job description and takes an active role in the oversight of the surgical techs in the operating room.

The incumbent in this leadership role takes an active part in accomplishing the strategic plan of PAMC and Peri-operative Services.

Works with surgeons, Anesthesiologists, RN's, and other surgical personnel in delivering patient care during surgery. Handles instruments, supplies, and equipment necessary during the surgical procedure, anticipates the needs of the surgeon in providing these, and maintains a sterile environment.
