Requirements :Industry-Leading Pay Structure :
- Earn 57 - 65 CPM + accessorial pay
- Top 50% of drivers average over 2,500 miles per week
- Earn $1,200 to $1,600 per week
- Detention pay & layover pay
- Weekly direct deposit payroll settlements
- 2021 or newer equipment
- No forced dispatch to NYC
- In-cab scanning for seamless operations
- Stop pay (excluding first and last pick up / drop off)
- Orientation pay with transportation, motel, and meal coverage
- Pet and rider program available
What to Expect :
J&R Schugel, located in New Ulm, MN, offers competitive starting pay ranging from 57 to 65 CPM. Our routes cover the length of I-35, extending to multiple terminals in strategic locations.
