A company is looking for a Member Services Supervisor to oversee a team and ensure quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily operations of Member Advocates and Processors, including staffing and quality assurance
Assist in hiring, training, and developing new team members while handling escalated inquiries
Monitor workflow and conduct audits to improve efficiency and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
3+ years of supervisory experience in Employee Benefits Administration or a related field
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Experience with COBRA Administration and related services is ideal
Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to motivate staff
Benefit Administration experience or life and health license is a plus
