Position Overview :
Soliant is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced School Psychologist to join our team in San Marcos, CA. This role is essential in providing prehensive psychological services that support the academic, emotional, and social development of students.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assessment & Evaluation : Conduct psychological assessments to evaluate students' cognitive, emotional, and behavioral needs.
- Collaboration : Work closely with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs).
- Counseling Services : Provide individual and group counseling to help students manage emotional and social challenges.
- Crisis Intervention : Respond to and support students during crises, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Advocacy : Advocate for the mental health and educational needs of students.
Qualifications :
- Educational Requirements : Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology.
- Certification : Valid state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist in California.
- Experience : Previous experience working in a school setting is preferred.
- Professional Skills : Strong munication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
