Per Diem Home Health Speech Therapist (SLP)-Las Vegas, NV
We are seeking a Per Diem Speech Therapist (SLP) to provide care to our patients..
As a member of our team, you will work alongside a group of highly skilled professionals who are committed to providing exceptional care to our patients.

In this role, you will conduct appropriate evaluations, assess the home environment, and identify equipment needs relative to speech / language function.
You will administer speech therapy programs utilizing specialized therapeutic techniques and / or equipment and observe, record, and report information on the patient's condition to the attending physician, case manager, and in the patient's health record.

This position is a Pay per visit compensation model.
Pay per visit ranges from $80- $110 / visit, commensurate with experience and depending on type of visit.
In this role, you will spend your time conducting evaluations, providing treatment, and administering speech therapy programs to patients in their homes.
You will also maintain accurate and relevant clinical notes regarding patients / clients' condition and care given in accordance with LORIAN policies and procedures.

Qualifications for the position include :
- master's or doctoral degree in speech-language pathology.
- licensed SLP in the state in which you are practicing.
- at least one year of clinical experience in speech-language pathology.
- possess and maintain current CPR certification (BLS required).
- Additionally, you must have the ability to work with adults (18 years and older), demonstrate tact and patience, and be self-directing with the ability to work with little direct supervision.
