COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Physical Therapist (PT)

Competitive salary : higher pay with experience

Sign-on Bonus : $15,000

$10,000 a year retention bonus paid annually

PTO : 168 hours accrued a year + 8 Paid Holiday + 40 hours Sick Time

$5,000 annually for CMEs with 8 days

Free Lodging is available while provider works for the hospital

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Physical Therapist (PT)

Schedule : Work Four 10’s or Five 8-hour shifts with No On-call Coverage

Patient volume is 8-12 patients a day

Outpatient : Post Ops cases - shoulders, hips & knees, back & neck with joint pain, debility related to chronic diseases with some inpatient care

Critical Access Hospital with a Level 4 Trauma Designation

EMR System is Cerner

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Physical Therapist (PT)

Open to New graduates or experienced Physical Therapists

Graduate from an accredited program in Physical Therapy
