Quality Lead, Generative AI

Scale is looking for a Quality Control Lead to ensure industry-leading data quality across our Generative AI programs. In this role, you will be the authority on the usefulness of the data we send to our customers. You will hold delivery teams accountable across our highest-impact projects engaging in nuanced quality issues head-on, as well as leading teams through strategic initiatives to enable reliable, scalable delivery across the organization.

You will

• Lead and develop a large team of quality control specialists.
• Partner with delivery teams to interpret and improve customer requirements.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, including workload allocation and reporting insights.
• Establish and uphold scalable best practices.
• Drive initiatives that improve quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Act as the ultimate bar-raiser for data quality, ensuring customers know Scale delivers the most trusted data in AI.

Compensation packages at Scale for eligible roles include base salary, equity, and benefits. $128,000 - $160,000 USD
