Your Role : ER / Inpatient Registered Nurse
As an ER / Inpatient Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering direct and indirect patient care in a Medical-Surgical setting. Under the supervision of the ER / Inpatient Manager, your responsibilities will include :
- Evaluating, planning, implementing, and documenting nursing care for assigned patients.
- Assisting physicians during examinations and procedures.
- Performing patient tests and administering medications within your scope of practice.
- Promoting patient independence by setting care goals and educating patients and families.
- Communicating effectively with the healthcare team about changes in patient conditions.
Emergency Room Duties
In a Charge role, you will :
Direct nursing service activities in the Emergency Room.Triaging patients based on their physical, psychological, and social needs.Performing focused assessments in a timely manner according to established guidelines.Administrative Responsibilities
Your administrative duties will include :
Maintaining cost awareness and adhering to staffing schedules.Supervising other Registered Nurses and directing ancillary staff.Assisting in the development and implementation of policies to ensure high-quality care.Who You Are : Qualifications & Skills
To thrive in this role, you should possess :
Eligibility for employment in the U.S.A degree from a professional nursing school and valid Texas RN licensure.Preferred orthopedic experience.BLS certification, with ACLS and PALS certifications achievable within 30 and 60 days of hire, respectively.At least 2 years of nursing experience in a Medical / Surgical area.Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.Basic computer literacy.Physical Requirements
This role may require you to :
Lift up to 50 pounds (or 150 pounds with assistance).Stand or walk for most of your shift.Handle equipment and instruments with manual dexterity.Why Join Us?

Education & Certifications
Required :
