Job Description : We are seeking Workday Integration Specialists, one focused on benefits and the other on payroll, to join our team in Frisco, TX, working on a hybrid schedule.
These roles require building and maintaining integrations between Workday and external systems, with a particular emphasis on either benefits or payroll systems.
The ideal candidates will possess strong technical skills in Workday Studio, REST and SOAP APIs, XML, and XSLT, along with a dedication to detailed pre-screening processes to ensure authenticity and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Workday and third-party systems, specifically for benefits or payroll modules.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define integration solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Troubleshoot and provide timely resolutions for integration issues, maintaining high-quality documentation throughout the process.
- Participate actively in sprint planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery of integration solutions.
- Conduct and participate in technical screenings to ensure the candidate's capabilities align with role expectations.
Must-Have Skills :
- Advanced proficiency in Workday Studio.
- Hands-on experience with benefits or payroll integrations.
- Strong understanding of REST and SOAP APIs, XML, and XSLT.
