Soliant has partnered with a school district near Rutherford, CAto fill a vacant position for a Registered Behavior Technician for this school year.
This position offers guaranteed full-time hours.
Description of Position :
- Type : Full time (8-3)
- Caseload : 1 : 1 with second grader, student displays moderately aggressive behaviors
- Duration of Contract : Full school year 2024-2025
- Pay : $27+ / hour paid weekly
- RBT will be responsible for implementing behavior intervention plans, collecting data, and collaborating with the therapeutic team to support students with developmental disorders.

Required Qualifications :
- Valid RBT certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Solid understanding and practical application of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles.
- Strong organizational and data collection skills, with attention to detail.
