I am working with upscale hotel, who is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to oversee several large-scale outlets. This is a exceptional opportunity to join a prestigious reputation hotel withinin luxury hospitality and a global presence.

Responsibilities :
- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service delivery, maintaining high standards of food quality, and optimizing efficiency in service
- Develop and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost-control measures to achieve profitability goals while ensuring adherence to financial targets
- Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate restaurant staff, including servers, chefs, and support personnel, to maintain a cohesive and efficient team
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining service standards, responding to customer feedback, and resolving any service-related issues promptly and effectively
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth, such as marketing promotions, menu enhancements, and special events, to maximize restaurant profitability and enhance guest satisfaction
Key Requirements :
- 5-10 years’ management experience in a hotel F&B operations
- Passionate about hospitality and creating incredible guest experience
- Hotel Management Degree of Business Degree an asset
- California RBS & Food Handler Certification
