The Clinical Nurse II in the Colorectal Surgery and Urology Unit assesses, coordinates, plans, directs, and manages the needs of assigned patients throughout the care episode, focusing on progress toward discharge.
The role involves implementing physician orders, administering medications, and collaborating with the nursing team to create a Plan of Care for all patients.
The minimum qualifications include a graduate degree in a nursing program, current state licensure, and certification in relevant areas.
