Responsibilities
of Home Health Registered Nurse / Licensed Vocational Nurse (RN / LVN) :
- Conducting comprehensive assessments of patients’ health needs
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Documenting all patient care activities accurately and in a timely manner
- Report changes in a patient’s condition promptly and appropriately to the physician / appropriate individual.
- Must be flexible and have the ability to adapt to changes in a work environment.
- Must be comfortable in an in-home setting.
- Spanish-speaking is preferred.

Required Education : Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing
Required license or certification :
- Licensure : RN or LVN
- Current BLS License
- Home Health experience is a plus
- Oasis charting knowledge
