WHO YOU ARE

  • 5+ years of first-hand experience as a Product Program Manager or Technical Program Manager at a high-growth B2B technology company
  • Self-motivated and proactive
  • Have a sense of urgency and a commitment to delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical, have system-thinking skills, and excels in solving complex problems
  • Detailed-oriented and can manage multiple / complex projects simultaneously, without missing a beat
  • Strong written and verbal communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Proven record for setting up & refining processes / systems
  • Proficient in general project management tools (e.g., Google sheet, Jira, Confluence)
  • Experience program managing APIs or Data Products. Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools

For candidates based in the United States, the pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $140,000 and $160,000 / year with an expected On Target Earnings (OTE) between $160,000 and $180,000 / year (including bonus or commission).

Your exact offer may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

In addition to cash compensation, Braze offers full- and part- time employees a comprehensive Total Rewards package that includes equity grants of restricted stock (RSUs) so that all Braze employees own a piece of our company.
