Job Description
- Provide a variety of highly technical and specialized services to both internal and external customers through telephone, email, and live chat.
- Work with underwriters, agents, and other insurance professionals to address issues and requests, which may involve policy interpretation based on knowledge ofVerisk’s procedures, services, and products.
- Be able to work flexible hours due to Call Center being available until 8 : 00pm.
- Meet or exceed all metrics as outlined on annual Performance Plan.
- Complete all special projects and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- College degree or equivalent experience required.
- Willing to train recent college graduate.
- Knowledge of Property / Casualty Insurance preferred.
- Ability to successfully complete complex technical training classes related to building construction, building hazards, and automatic fire sprinkler systems required.
- Excellent oral / written communication and interpersonal skills required.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computing required.
- Strong telephone skills required.
- Strong multitasking skills require
