Overview Schedule : 9 : 00am - 6 : 00pm Purpose Statement / Position Summary : The Associate Teacher under the supervision of Child Development Center Teacher, to help provide developmentally appropriate class room environment and activities, maintain health and safety of children, supervise activities of Assistant Teachers.

Work Experience / Minimum Qualifications : 50 days of 3+ hours per day within 2 years. Experience providing developmentally appropriate classroom environment and activities for at least 2 years preferred.

Education / Licensure / Certifications : 12 Units ECE / CD, Finger print, Child Abuse Check List, BLS from the American Heart Association.

Pay Scale Information USD $32,448.00 - USD $46,644.00 CHLA values the contribution each Team Member brings to our organization.

Final determination of a successful candidate’s starting pay will vary based on a number of factors, including, but not limited to education and experience within the job or the industry.

The pay scale listed for this position is generally for candidates that meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed on this specific job description.
