We are looking for a motivated buyer’s agent who is passionate about making the home buying experience great. You will contact Pre-Qualified Leads, show properties, facilitate the negotiation process, and make that final sale for the buyer’s dream home.

Responsibilities :
- Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller or listing agent to achieve desired results
- Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market
- Participate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers
- Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close
- Make sure buyers clients go through a seamless home purchasing process including helping buyers choose mortgage options that fit their budget
- Manage our CRM, update email campaigns, manage calendar
- Set Appointments with Home Buyers and Home Sellers
- Outbound Phone Calls to our Real Estate Prospects
Qualifications :
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired
- Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends
- Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car
- Show a track record of real estate success
- Must be a Team Player focused on increasing sales for the entire Team
