We are an agency that specializes in the growth and success of our new agents.
This is a remote position that is 1099 / commission based . There is ongoing training and mentoring provided by myself and my team of experienced agents.
Requirements : Licensed or unlicensed job seekers can apply . If unlicensed, discounts and guidance will be provided to assist you in your life and health licensing process.
We are NOT able to hire non-citizens or anyone currently residing outside of the United States at the present time.
Our value based leads program , which is designed to maximize profitability, empowers our agents to spend more time helping families instead of prospecting! We sell life insurance ONLY to people who have already reached out and asked for someone to help them with life insurance.
NO COLD CALLING NECESSARY. You can also help your family and friends set up their life insurance!
We primarily write simplified issued products. No para-med exam required. The average application takes only 15 minutes and commission payments can be as quick as 24 hours!
There is also an opportunity to own your own agency if you choose to, it is not required. There is no cost! Build a PASSIVE INCOME by helping others join one of INC.

Day in the life of an average agent includes :
1. Purchasing exclusive, warm leads from Symmetry's value-based lead program
2. Contacting those leads to gather information as well as setting a time to meet again
3. Researching products from our 30+ carriers that best fit the clients' needs
4. Helping those clients apply for their desired life insurance policies during your second meeting.
