JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
We are on the hunt for a Senior Data Analyst to join our Document Cloud Strategy & Insights team, who is zealous about harnessing the power of big data to enhance customer experiences and guide business strategies.
You will play a pivotal role in understanding customer behaviors, testing hypotheses through rigorous experiments, and translating data insights into actionable growth strategies across product lines.
The ideal candidate should be self-driven, adept at working in cross-functional teams, and skilled in communicating complex findings to both executive and non-technical stakeholders.
- Utilize clickstream and transactional data to gain insights into the customer journey and uncover improvement opportunities.
- Generate and test hypotheses to remove bottlenecks and enhance user experiences across platforms.
- Work closely with engineering, product, and UX teams to ensure accurate analytics instrumentation across development stages.
- Design and implement A / B tests, analyzing results to drive evidence-based recommendations for optimising the platform.
- Synthesize data insights into compelling stories for internal partners, supporting cross-functional efforts to foster growth within the Document Cloud product family.
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
- Proficiency with SQL and experience manipulating large data sets.
- Hands-on experience in conducting A / B testing and familiarity with related statistical principles.
- Strong foundation in using data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI for insightful analysis.
