- Data collection for Health System Survey. This includes : 1) conduct the computer assisted telephone interviews using Win-CATI software by calling the telephone numbers from the survey samples provided by the CDC;
- 2) Follow CDC survey protocol to collect health risk behaviors data; 3) enter data in the Win-CATI system; 4) provide feedback regarding data collection process to the survey supervisors;
5) maintain accurate records of all calls made; and 6) maintain consistent attendance to assigned shifts, communicating with supervisors regarding necessary absences due to illness, etc.
