We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Executive on the Healix Global team. This will be a US-based, remote role.

About The Role

Position Overview

The Business Development Executive is an important and valued member of the US Sales team. This person drives growth by identifying new business opportunities, establishing partnerships and expanding our market share.

The Business Development Executive will partner with the Sales and Marketing teams to drive measurable growth and revenue.

This role is the perfect fit for a candidate who is looking for a position with strong earnings potential. We are looking for a sales-minded, self-motivated individual to join our team.

In this role, you will be working with a highly competent, knowledgeable, and committed global team. You will be responsible for both lead generation and new business sales.

Here, you have the distinct opportunity to become a key influencer within our US team and will participate in commercially strategic initiatives.

This role also offers opportunities for career development and continual learning.

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for meeting set sales targets and other measurable goals around Healix’s growth.

Typical responsibilities and activities include, but are not limited to :

  • Use of professional and tactical approaches for lead generation and the identification of commercially appropriate sales and partnership opportunities within the US
  • Collaboration with colleagues and key stakeholders to identify routes to market via RFPs or tenders, ensuring we are optimally positioned at every stage.
  • Understand our range of services and capabilities to ensure we are considered for viable opportunities at key points in the sales cycle
  • Support and contribute to marketing initiatives
  • Understand the market and stay informed on industry changes, requirements, and trends
  • Ensure market awareness including competitor activities and other research where appropriate.

We’re looking for someone who is :

Results-driven, enthusiastic

Excellent in both written and oral communication skills

IT literate and technically competent (experience with Microsoft 365, Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Navigator are a plus)

A careful and considerate listener

Motivated, resourceful, hardworking, adaptable

Forward thinking, imaginative and creative
