We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Therapist to join our mental health agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing therapy services to individuals, couples, groups and families who are experiencing mental health challenges.
The Therapist will work collaboratively with other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
Responsibilities :
- Provide therapy services to individuals, couples, groups and families who are experiencing mental health issues
- Conduct client assessments to determine mental health needs
- Update and implement treatment plans based on client needs
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client progress
- Collaborate with other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients
- Stay up-to-date with changes in mental health regulations and resources
- Provide crisis intervention and support as needed
Qualifications :
- LICSW, LPC, LMFT, LGSW, LGPC
- Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field
- Knowledge of different therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and family systems therapy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of local mental health regulations and resources
- Ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records

Salary and Benefits :
Salary for this position will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
