Position Summary :

We are looking for a Regional Sales Support Specialist (LATAM) who will play a key role in supporting the sales within the LATAM Market through data analysis and strategic insights.

Key Responsibilities :

Analyze sales active data from multiple sources

Deliver insights and recommendations to sales, SCM teams

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze the feasibility of FCST

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of FCST

Conduct competitive sales analysis and monitor competitor sales trends

Identify market opportunities and threats through data-driven research

Develop and present strategic insights to senior leadership

Build and maintain dashboards and reports

Requirements :

2 years of experience in data analysis, or strategic planning

Knowledge and the understanding of the FMCG / CPG industry, as well as competitors.

Strong computer skills (MS Office), Familiarity with Tableau, SQL, Excel

Excellent communication and writing skills.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Bachelor’s in business or related

The base salary for this position is between $55,000.00 and $70,000.00 per year. Actual compensation will depend on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience, and location. This position may also be eligible for additional compensation and benefits, including an annual incentive bonus, medical / dental / vision insurance, life insurance, PTO / FTO, and a 401(k) plan with company match.
