Purpose of the role

You will be the point of contact for our customers enquiring about their booked holiday via phone, email leads and web-chats.

Our customer queries will require you to administrate and quality check bookings such as sending invoices, tickets plus make amendments and adding holiday extras where you can earn commission.

You will aim to resolve all customer queries on initial contact whilst striving to deliver our award-winning concierge service.

What you need

  • Experience working in cruise sales, cruise or travel industry, luxury tour operator, hotel, resort is preferred (but not essential)
  • You will have strong experience in a customer service background
  • Experience cruising, working on cruise lines, abroad, or have travel or holiday experience (having some first-hand travel / destination knowledge is preferred)
  • You will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced working environment and can learn to use systems and keep good administration on customers and bookings
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Confidence and personality to build rapport quickly
  • Passion and enthusiasm for cruising and travel
