As a Site Director (Site Coordinator) for the Plaistow YMCA After School program, you will help ensure the care, safety, and well-being of elementary-aged children through on-site supervision, staff management, and consistent and effective communication, while overseeing a daily schedule of engaging activities.

On a regular day, you will provide supportive coaching and guidance to staff and students, ensure licensed childcare compliance, carry out administrative duties, maintain the site space and program resources, and build strong relationships with parents and school district partners.
This role entails offering direct oversight and service to site in Plaistow NH and Newton NH, alongside undertaking additional administrative responsibilities crucial to bolstering our expanding program.
To thrive in this position, you have a strong sense of empathy and proven leadership skills. You have experience working with youth from diverse backgrounds and have knowledge of local state licensing regulations for childcare programs.
You communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues. You can work both independently and as part of a highly collaborative team.
