Registered Staff Nurse for the Center of Perioperative Care We currently have an exciting opportunity for RNs to work in our Center for Perioperative Care! We are looking for full-time staff with a schedule of 40 hours per week (4-10 hour shifts, Day shift rotation) with no weekend commitments required.

The primary office hours are 5 : 30am-9 : 30pm. The expert team at Massachusetts General Hospital’s Center for Perioperative Care provides every patient with all of the necessary information to ensure a stress-free and comfortable care experience.

The RNs deliver care to adult, geriatric, and pediatric patients who are 16 years and older. - Prepares patients for surgery / procedures and provides Phase I and II recovery care.

• Nurses rotate through the Pre-Procedure Evaluation (PPE) Program assessing pre-surgical and procedural patients whose ages range from pediatric to geriatric.
• Our dynamic RN team assesses all age groups, including pediatrics, by our PPE Phone Program. Mass General Hospital's Department of Surgery provides over 20,000 surgeries a year.
