About the Position :

• Flexible Schedule : Embrace a work schedule with regular hours, occasional Saturday mornings, and early morning or early evening meetings.
• Holistic Patient Care : Play a crucial role in obtaining complete medical histories, conducting physical examinations, and ordering diagnostic tests to ensure comprehensive patient care.

About the Practice :

• Join our busy Family Medicine practice, where you'll have the opportunity to :
• Collaborate with both physicians and advanced practice providers.
• Work with your own independent panel of patients.
• Utilize a state-of-the-art facility with specialty practices nearby, streamlining services for our patients, including radiology, laboratory, cardiac, sports, PT, OB, and urology services.
• Experience the convenience of Epic as the Electronic Medical Record system.

Requirements :

• NYS licensed / registered NP, with a specialty area of certification consistent with our practice.
• NPI number and Medicare Enrollment with Medicare Identification Number (or PTAN) or eligibility for Medicare Enrollment within 6 months of hire.
• Current CPR certification through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross.
• Preferred : 3-5 years of previous NP experience in primary care outpatient.

Qualifications :

• NYS licensed / registered NP, with a specialty area of certification consistent with our practice.
• NPI number and Medicare Enrollment with Medicare Identification Number (or PTAN) or eligibility for Medicare Enrollment within 6 months of hire.
• Current CPR certification through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross.
