Vibe Car Wash is seeking Customer Service Associates to join our growing team! The purpose of a customer service associate at an exterior express car wash is to provide wash services to customers in a clean, safe, friendly, fast-paced environment.

Pay : Starting pay at $12 / hr plus sales incentives!
Responsibilities
- Ensure that all customers are receiving the ultimate VIBE Car Wash Experience at all times by engaging with them and getting consistent feedback
- Check every customer vehicle before it enters the wash to ensure that the vehicle does not have any visible safety issues
- Facilitate the speedy processing of customer vehicles by following the correct procedure for every vehicle through the car wash
- Guide on customers to the conveyor using distinctive and clear hand signals and a smile on your face!
- Review the entrance end sign instructions with every customer
- Give the customer a thumbs-up sign when their vehicle is placed correctly and ready to start the wash process
- Continually clean all areas of the car wash between guiding customers onto the conveyor
- Perform preventive maintenance on the car wash equipment
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- Able to work effectively & be accountable under minimal supervision
Physical Demands :
- Regular physical mobility including reaching, grabbing, lifting, and ability to handle heavy equipment
- Frequent walking, standing, and being on your feet for long periods of time
- Working in non-climate-controlled environments and outside in all weather conditions
