A Private Practice in the Tristate Area is currently seeking a licensed PMR Physician for a promising opportunity splitting time between their New York City clinics.
About the Opportunity :
- Specialty : PMR
- Schedule : Monday to Friday.
- Location : Provider must be open to all boroughs and the surgery center, located in NJ.
- Hours : 9am to 5pm
- Patient Population : Personal Injury, Workers' Comp, No Fault, Commercial, etc.
Responsibilities :
The PMR Physician will be responsible for :
- Diagnosing and assessing a wide range of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions
- Prescribing physical therapy, occupational therapy, medications, and various rehabilitation techniques
- Creating treatment plans for athletes to help them recover from injuries and return to their activities as quickly and safely as possible
- Perform other duties, as needed
- Be able to visit 20-25 patients / procedures per day
Qualifications :
- Licensed to practice Medicine in New Jersey & New York
- Board Eligible / Certified
Desired Skills :
- Workers Comp Experience
- Candidate to have a drivers license, as they will split time between boroughs.
