About the Role
We’re looking for an Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Specialist to help us maintain a safe, healthy, and environmentally responsible workplace. You’ll partner with teams across the facility to ensure compliance, drive safety initiatives, and support sustainability efforts that make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct safety inspections, hazard assessments, and job safety analyses.
- Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and track corrective actions.
- Maintain safety policies, procedures, and training programs.
- Oversee environmental compliance (waste, stormwater, air emissions).
- Lead sustainability projects and prepare ESG documentation.
- Deliver EHS training and keep records up to date.
- Promote safety awareness through meetings, campaigns, and toolbox talks.
- Conduct ergonomic assessments and lead behavior-based safety programs.
- Track EHS performance metrics and maintain OSHA logs.
