Minimum Qualifications :

Education & Experience :

High School Degree or Equivalent. 2 years of retail experience, thrift experience is a plus. Associates Degree a plus. Certifications : Valid Driver's License. Able to drive on behalf of The Salvation Army per Salvation Army Policy.

Skills / Abilities :

• Ability to speak, write and understand English in a manner sufficient for effective communication with customers, management and co workers.
• Basic computer skills including but not limited to the use of the Point of Sales System; the payroll program and all other programs or systems that are adopted by the TSA ARC.
• Ability to give change accurately.
• Good speaking, hearing and vision ability, and excellent manual dexterity.
